How Do I Know if My Animal Needs an Adjustment?

​Animals are excellent communicators when they are in pain. For horses, watch for pain/ stiffness when moving or being touched, nega- tive attitude/behavior, abnormal gait, ear pinning/biting, & general resistance.

For dogs, watch for pain when being petted, reluctance to jump or climb stairs, altered sitting, changes in eating or eliminating, con- stant licking/chewing an area & unusual hiding.
